French Canadian Chop Suey
Even though this recipe may look simple, it has an immense history in my French-Canadian culture. It has been made by great grandparents. It was considered a low cost and filling meal that would fill up everyone. In most recent years, I have replaced the pasta with gluten-free pasta and also used tofu instead of hamburger.
