Some people are afraid to cook with grains. They aren’t sure what pairs well with what, or they just don’t know how to properly cook the grain they’re working with. I love cooking with grains! I think the perfect grain can make or break a dish. In my house I am known for pairing brown rice with dinner at least once a week, and I recently got my mom hooked on cooking with quinoa.
