Toutiere(French Canadian Meat Pie)
This recipe is a strong contender in the French Canadian culture. It is a meat pie that we call Toutiere. It is a meat pie that is made with a variety of spices. These crepes are gluten-free, but they are also made with regular flour as well. They are very tasty, both ways.
