French Canadian Chop Suey

It was considered a low cost and filling meal that would fill up everyone. In most recent years, I have replaced the pasta with gluten-free pasta and also used tofu instead of hamburger. Most of the population does not prefer it made this way, it does not have to be, but it can be changed based on what you work better for you.
