This summer, try a few of these creative ways to use watermelon in your diet! Watermelon has multiple health benefits and is a delicious addition to your meals, as an ingredient or by itself! So instead of eating it as a side like you normally do, try some of these recipes that use watermelon!
Watermelon Salad (I suggest adding spinach to this if you want to get in your daily greens)
Boozy Melon Bites (can be made without alcohol)
Lastly, try watermelon with Tajin sprinkled on top for a spicy sweet treat!
