Your Ultimate Salad Guide

When you’re trying to eat healthy, it seems like all you ever eat is salad. Whether it’s a Cobb salad, a fruit salad, or a salad made up of whatever is in your fridge, eating the leafy stuff can get a little monotonous. Every day seems to be a blur of lettuce and baby tomatoes, or spinach and carrots. It can be disheartening to eat healthy when it seems like you are eating the same thing day in and day out, and I think that’s why many people end up reverting back to bad eating habits.

Eating healthy doesn’t always mean eating salads! There are so many other healthy options out there, and even though salad is one of them, you don’t have to eat a salad every day to be healthy. If you’re still stuck on the notion that you must eat salad, or if you really like salad and want some new recipes to add to your collection, I’ve compiled the ultimate list of tasty salads. You won’t be bored eating these every day!
