Summer has flown by and the back to school sales and monsoon rainstorms mean that August has arrived.  Summer may be winding down but that means the growing season is ramping back up and Arizona farmers are busy growing fruits and veggies to fill the bins at your local farmers market and grocery store.  Always ask for locally grown produce, meat, poultry, and dairy whenever you shop to get the freshest food possible while helping to support the efforts of our local farmers and ranchers.
