Crafts are a great way to engage and entertain your kids without television, video games, or smart devices. You’ll make great memories together as you craft this October, and maybe you’ll even make it a new tradition if you craft next October too! Here are some of my favorite craft ideas from Pinterest for kids this Halloween/Fall season.

  1. Halloween Wind Socks
  2. Fall Tree craft
  3. Pumpkin Apple stamp
  4. Popsicle stick haunted house
  5. Haunted mansion craft
  6. Hedgehog leaf craft

And here are some crafts just for you adults (sometimes you need steadier, bigger, and less messy hands to make these look good). The best part about these ones: they’re sturdier and look nicer than the kids ones. You can save them and use them to decorate for more Halloweens to come! Follow these steps for crafts and use them to decorate your house for fall:

  1. Pumpkin Pie garland
  2. A Witch, A Devil, and Some Little Monsters Sign
  3. Glitter, Falling Leaves
  4. Bat Wreath (and other ideas)
  5. Fall Garland with Mini Pumpkins
  6. Yarn Ghost Garland (inspiration) – instructions here and here.
