Edible flowers are used in many different cuisines around the world, and some are associated with health benefits, according to registered dietitian Ansley Hill, who lists 11 edible flowers and how they might be used in her article in Healthline.

Says Hill, “Many edible flowers are nutritious and contain potent antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that can support your health.”

So what flowers will you be eating for dinner tonight?
